My name is Dr. Nick Conrad. I am a licensed chiropractor, musculoskeletal specialist, and a US Air Force veteran.
I have treated hundreds of military service men, women, and veterans throughout my career. I completely understand how physically demanding service life can be. I also understand how devastating injuries that occurred during your time in service can be. I know that often these seemingly small injuries can turn chronic if not appropriately dealt with. As an independent veteran medical consultant, I can help you navigate the VA system to get the benefits you deserve. I have worked in the VA system in the past, but do not have any affiliation with them at this time. I serve as an independent medical examiner to determine if your musculoskeletal injuries and diagnoses are service related and document that relationship with a DBQ and NEXUS letter.
OUR SERVICES
The first step in this process is a Records Review. This can take a couple days depending on the volume and age of the records. Once these are reviewed, you will receive a document with a summary of findings and a rendered medical opinion (Independent Veteran Medical Opinion) on whether I believe your injuries and diagnosis are related to your military service.
Once it is determined or not if your injuries and diagnoses are service related, we will move to setting an appointment to complete a DBQ with a NEXUS letter.
Nexus Letter: Is a letter summarizing my medical opinion as an independent veteran medical examiner. This letter will consist of the medical records reviewed and their findings, musculoskeletal diagnosis’s and why I found the injuries to be connected to your time in service.
DBQ: DBQ’s are focused exams on the specified region(s) where your injuries occur. I have found that together with the NEXUS letter these documents can play a vital role in the success or failure of your claim.

Veteran/Patient/Client understands that Dr. Nick Conrad makes no guarantee of results for services rendered that his independent expert medical opinion and/or NEXUS and/or supplemental medical opinions and/or disability benefit questionnaire (DBQ’s) and/or medical opinions written as a result of a referral from Dr. Conrad will produce a favorable outcome to your disability claim.
In the event the Veteran’s Administration or Social Security Administration or Employment Medical Disability or Worker’s Compensation denies any and/or all of your disability claim(s), no refunds shall be granted.
