"I built this because relief was never enough for me. I lived with chronic pain for years. I got tired of negotiating with my pain and giving up the things that made me who I am. That didn't change until I stopped chasing symptoms and started addressing the real cause."

Dr. Conrad earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Strength and Human Performance from Parker University in Frisco, Texas. But the foundation of his clinical approach was built before he ever entered a classroom.
He has lived with a connective tissue disorder his entire life. That experience shaped every protocol he uses, because he understands from the inside what hypermobile connective tissue actually responds to, what standard protocols miss, and what it feels like to be told your pain does not make sense when it clearly does.
After years of seeing patients cycle through temporary relief, he built The Chronic Pain Blueprint: a structured, three-phase process designed not to manage pain but to identify the pattern driving it and change what the body can handle. The goal is not to feel better for a few weeks. It is to stop the cycle entirely.
He is listed on the International Ehlers-Danlos Society Healthcare Professionals Directory, one of a small number of providers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with that designation. He is also a veteran, which informs his approach to VA disability evaluations and his understanding of how service-related injuries evolve over time.
Conrad Spine and Sport is a private pay practice in Frisco, Texas. Payment plans and CareCredit financing are available for all programs.
Relief is the starting point. The goal is building enough capacity that the same pain does not return. Most care models stop at symptom management. The Chronic Pain Blueprint does not.
Pain is a signal. The question is what is generating it and why it keeps returning. Identifying the pattern underneath the symptom is what makes lasting change possible.
Chronic pain is not evidence of permanent damage. It is evidence that something in the system needs to change. That change is achievable with the right approach and the right progression.
Most low back pain and sciatica returns because the source was never identified. Dr. Conrad's approach starts with a thorough assessment to find the pattern driving the cycle, then addresses it directly.
Standard protocols are built for normal connective tissue. Dr. Conrad has lived with a connective tissue disorder his entire life. Every protocol is built from that experience, not adapted from it.
DBQ evaluations, Nexus Letters, and C&P exam preparation for veterans. Dr. Conrad understands how service-related injuries evolve over time and how to document them accurately.
A structured 3-phase process: Identify & Stabilize, Build Strength & Capacity, Return to Real Life. 15 to 30 sessions, 45 to 60 minutes each. Private pay with payment plans and CareCredit.
